Your watch deserves careful hands

A straightforward strap swap at the bench usually takes around 20 to 30 minutes, assuming the strap is already in stock. If sourcing is needed, we discuss options with you first and confirm a timeline once the strap arrives.

Walk-ins are welcome for strap fittings and initial consultations. For movement inspections and overhaul work, we recommend getting in touch beforehand so we can allocate proper bench time for your piece.

The watch is opened under loupes and examined visually for wear, damage, and general condition. A timing machine measures accuracy across multiple positions. You receive a short written note on what was found and a clear quote for any recommended work — with no obligation to proceed.

A full bench overhaul typically takes four to eight weeks depending on the movement complexity and parts availability. Work proceeds in stages and we contact you at each milestone before moving forward, so the process never feels like a black box.

We work with a wide range of mechanical watches — Swiss, Japanese, and others. If you're unsure whether your piece is suitable, send us a brief description or photograph and we'll let you know honestly before you make the trip.

Every piece left with us is logged, photographed, and stored securely on premises. The same care we apply on the bench carries through to how we handle watches between sessions.

Quotes are confirmed in writing after inspection and before work begins. If something unexpected comes up mid-overhaul, we stop and contact you with revised information before continuing. You won't be presented with a surprise figure at collection.
