This policy applies to data collected through our website at wristformikal.pro and through enquiries and service bookings made in person, by phone, or by email. It covers our mechanical watch repair and servicing activities conducted from our workshop at 41 Lebuh Light, George Town, Penang.

We operate primarily under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia, which governs the processing of personal data in commercial transactions. If you are accessing this site from outside Malaysia, please note that your data may be processed in Malaysia.

We collect only the data that is reasonably necessary to provide our services and respond to enquiries. This may include:

We do not collect payment card details through our website. Financial transactions are handled directly and securely at the workshop.

Retention: Service records are retained for up to seven years for accounting and warranty reference purposes. Website enquiry data is retained for up to two years. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

• Carrying out the watch service or overhaul and maintaining the associated documentation.

• The workshop website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
